Application for the role of Human Resource Officer
As an experienced Human Resource officer, I feel that it is time to move up and look for a more challenging role and therefore offering my experience as a human resources director would be perfect. This is why I attach my CV by way of an application for the role that you have on offer.
I started my career after graduating from university with a degree in human resources management and have been working ever since then for my current company. I started in their graduate scheme and then was placed in the human resource department. I worked towards getting a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development accredited qualification while in the role and progressed through the department from the role of officer to manager. During this time I gained management skills and also valuable interpersonal and communication skills. I gained extra IT skills as well as a full understanding of how the department worked. My leadership skills and influence in the company allowed me to be able to make a difference with regards to the employees of the firm as well as the management of my own department. I therefore feel that I have all of the key skills that are required for the role that is on offer and hope that you will take the time to read the attached CV to clarify this.
