Kitchen Assistant Cover Letter Example
Dear Sir/Madam,
Application for a Kitchen Assistant
I have recently seen your advert for a kitchen assistant and I would like to submit my CV in application of this.
I have previous experience in a kitchen environment and am able to help prepare basic food and have been used to washing up and keeping the kitchen area clean for chefs.
I am now keen to continue this career choice and was interested to research your establishment and would like to work with someone like yourselves.
I am very organised and eager to learn. I am aware of the health and safety aspects of a busy kitchen and have a real passion for food and different products that chefs use and one day I would like to work closely with a chef and maybe train to be a chef.
I got good GCSE results at school and believe I have a good education standard but am happy to continue my learning with whatever training necessary to pursue this as my career.
If you are interested in my CV and experience to date and have further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely
